Refunds

Nothing is charged for at present, so there is nothing to refund. This page describes the intended policy for when payments are introduced.

If a session expires before you downloaded anything

You will be refunded. Because we keep no record of what was in your session, the refund is issued against the payment reference alone.

If the explanation did not work

If your report could not be read, or the explanation failed to generate, you will not be charged. Where a charge has already been taken, it is refunded in full.

How to ask

Use the contact form with your payment reference. Do not include laboratory values.
