Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no password and no profile. Each analysis is a session that stands on its own.
Where does my report go?
It is processed temporarily to pull out the values, then deleted. The values and the explanation are deleted when the session ends, at most an hour after it starts.
Can I get my results back later?
No. Nothing is kept. Download what you want before you leave the page.
Does my file stay on my device?
If it is a PDF your laboratory generated, yes — the values are read in your browser and the file is never sent anywhere. A scan or photograph has to be read on a server, and we ask before sending one. Typing values in by hand involves no file at all.
Will this tell me what is wrong with me?
No. It explains what each marker measures and how your result compares with the range on your report. It does not diagnose, and it does not recommend treatment.
Why do I have to check every value?
Because reading values off a report automatically is the step most likely to introduce errors, and an explanation built on a wrong number is worse than no explanation.
What if my report is flagged as critical?
The explanation opens with a notice telling you to contact a healthcare professional now. That notice is always shown in full and is never behind a payment.
Can I compare two reports?
Not within the tool. Each session analyses one report. Download the results from each and compare those.
