What not to put in the contact form

Do not include medical records, laboratory values, diagnoses or urgent medical questions in the contact form. It is handled through an ordinary support channel, completely separate from the analysis tool, with none of the temporary-processing protections that apply there.

It is also not a route to medical advice. Nobody answering it can interpret your results, and sending them will not get you an answer sooner.

For extraction problems, describe what went wrong without including the values — which test names were misread, whether the file was a scan or a PDF, roughly how many pages. That is enough to be useful.
